Adafruit RGB Matrix Shield for Arduino

Our RGB matrices shine with hundreds or thousands of individual RGB LEDs. With superior density, power usage, and unbeatable price-per-LED compared to NeoPixels, they're a standout choice. While they require our special library for control and a few wires, they provide robust performance. Compatible with Arduino-compatible boards like Metro 328, Metro M0, ESP32-S2, or Metro M4, this shield simplifies setup. Just a bit of soldering to attach headers, and you're set to connect any RGB matrix effortlessly. For projects with 800mA or less power usage, you can draw 5V power from the Arduino's regulator. Note that this shield is primarily a wiring adapter, and for larger panels, opt for Metro ESP32-S2, M0, or M4 for optimal performance.
