This is a DC-DC Step Down Power Supply Adjustable Module With a LCD Display. The display; using STN liquid crystal display screen, can simultaneously display voltage and current on a blue background with white characters, has a wide angle and wide field of view. Th start button is used to adjust voltage, left button to reduced the voltage, and the right button to increasing voltage. By pressing the button once, you can adjust the voltage by increments of 0.04V, if you hold the button down for more than 1s, you can quickly adjust voltage.

How To Adjust Voltage
Voltage can be change in steps of 0.04V with up and down arrows. Keeping the button in, will quickly increase or decrease the voltage

Hold left button in and power switch on.
Display will start to flash
Release left button
Now change voltage with left and right button to 5.0V
Check with multimeter and ignore display at this time
