Single Line ITR1502SR40A Line Sensor
The Maker Reflect is a compact reflectance sensor that uses an IR LED and phototransistor to measure reflected light. It provides analog voltage output proportional to the amount of sensed IR light. While commonly used in line following robots, it has versatile applications such as edge/border sensing, wall detection, object detection, and rotary wheel encoding. With its small size and centered mounting hole, it easily fits in tight spaces and is particularly useful in Sumo robots.
