The Proxxon Endmill 29024 is a practical interchangeable accessory for working in wood, chipboard and plastics. The bit is made of HSS steel.
In choosing a straight bit for any application, always select one with the shortest cutting edges and the shortest overall length that will reach the required cut depth. Excessive length intensifies deflection and vibration, which degrade cut quality and lead to tool breakage. Make light work of softer woods with 2 flutes to achieve an exceptional finish and hold that tip for longer on soft metals.
