Adafruit INA3221 3 Channel Power Monitor – 3.2A
The Adafruit INA3221 3-Channel Power Monitor is a versatile I2C-based module designed to measure voltage and current across up to three independent power rails with high accuracy. Built around the INA3221 chip, it enables both high-side and low-side current sensing, allowing you to monitor power usage without disrupting your system’s ground reference. With support for bus voltages up to 26V and ±3.2A current measurement per channel, this module is ideal for battery monitoring, solar applications, and multi-rail power systems.
Each channel features a precision 0.05Ω sense resistor and a 13-bit ADC, providing fine resolution and accurate readings with up to ±1% precision. The module reports both shunt voltage and bus voltage, giving a complete view of power consumption. It also includes programmable alert outputs, configurable averaging, and flexible I2C addressing. With pre-soldered terminal blocks and STEMMA QT/Qwiic connectors, integration is quick and beginner-friendly, making it suitable for platforms ranging from Arduino to Raspberry Pi.
