AS7331 UV Spectral Sensor – 3 Channel (UV-A, UV-B, UV-C)

The AS7331 is a high-precision, low-power 3-channel ultraviolet spectral sensor designed to accurately measure radiation intensity across the UVA (320–400nm), UVB (280–320nm), and UVC (200–280nm) ranges. Using UV-optimized photodiodes and integrated interference filter technology, it converts optical radiation into digital data via an I2C interface, supporting both continuous and triggered measurements. Separate UV channel detection with integrated daylight (VIS+NIR) blocking ensures reliable and stable readings without filter aging or long-term drift.

With 12 programmable gain steps and 15 adjustable conversion time settings, the AS7331 offers a wide dynamic range adaptable from low-light to high-radiation environments. External synchronization (SYN pin) allows precise timing control, while its extended operating temperature range makes it suitable for harsh environments. Ideal for UV disinfection systems, water and air quality analysis, phototherapy, skin diagnostics, UV curing, and horticulture applications.
