DF Robot DC Motor Driver HAT for Raspberry Pi - 2 Channel

The DF Robot DC Motor Driver HAT for Raspberry Pi is a compact and efficient motor control solution designed to drive up to two DC motors, with or without encoders. Communicating with the Raspberry Pi via the I2C interface, this HAT simplifies motor control while reducing GPIO usage, making it ideal for robotics, automation, and motion-control projects.



At its core, the board uses an STM32 microcontroller to process commands from the Raspberry Pi and generate precise motor drive signals. A high-performance TB6612FNG motor driver chip provides reliable current handling, supporting up to 1.2A continuous current per channel and peak currents of up to 2A. With support for a wide 7–12V motor power input and onboard status indicators, this motor driver HAT offers a stable, easy-to-integrate solution for Raspberry Pi–based motion systems.
