MOSFET Module 5-36V 5A (Max 20A With Cooling)
MOSFET's have good switching characteristics and are widely used to control almost any DC load. The module is based on FET model F5305S which the input and output are fully isolated. It is perfect for switching DC loads up to 20A (it is advised to add a heatsink when exceeding 5A).
