Digital Optical Counter AB Signal
The set of Length/Position controller consists of one digital length/position controller FH7-6CRNB and one wheeled length sensor MLK-80. It's widely used in machinery of printing, packing, textile, plastic & rubber, cable/wiring, mechanical and any other production line for auto length detection.
By means of the reverse rolling friction between drive gear and the measured objects (such as textile or plastic tape) or the reverse rolling between drive gear and the main shaft of machine producing the measured objects, the sensor sends photo-electrical signals to the controller (FH7-6CRNB). The controller will turn the photo-electrical signals to digital signals and display the accumulated length.
