The HC-05 Bluetooth module is a versatile serial communication module designed for seamless wireless data transfer. Operating at 3.3V logic levels, it features LED indicators to display connection status: fast flashing when unpaired, slow flashing in AT mode, and double flashing when successfully connected. The onboard 3.3V LDO regulator ensures stable operation, drawing approximately 30mA when unpaired and 10mA when paired.
Supporting both master and slave modes, the HC-05 module allows flexible integration with microcontrollers like Arduino, ESP8266, and Raspberry Pi via AT commands. It offers a standard baud rate range of 4800bps to 1382400bps, making it suitable for various wireless communication applications. With a 10-meter (Class 2) range and a reverse polarity protection diode, this module is ideal for wireless robotics, home automation, and embedded systems.
