Heatshrink Kit - Black & Red (7mm)
Heat shrink tubing is a type of plastic tubing that can be cut to size and fitted over a wire or cable joint for insulation and protection. Upon application of heat, the tubing permanently shrinks to provide a protective seal, with the amount of shrinkage depending on its shrink ratio. The tubing is purchased in its expanded state, and it has memory to return to its original state when heated. The heat shrink tubes available have a shrink ratio of 2:1 and a length of approximately 250mm.
