Load Cell Transmitter 4-20mA 12V

This Load cell transmitter is designed for signal conditioning on signals from weight brake, weight bridge, weighing sensor or load cell module, etc. It transmits and converts load cell signal into standard dc current 4-20mA and voltage 0-5V 0-10V output. Its output is adjustable through potentiometer, and power supply is 12-24VDC. Water-proof enclosure, high precision circuits used makes its output more stable and accurate.

1. Zero Adjustment

2. Gain Adjustment

The system loading a certain weight value (the recommended range: 80% ~ 100% FS), the calculation of the output current value according to the load weight and the maximum weighting value relation, using the digital multimeter monitoring output, potentiometer to adjust amplifier gain spin labeled "SPAN".

3. The retest

The system is in the idle state, measuring the zero output; loading a certain weight value, output voltage measurement whether fluoride expectation magnification If not, repeat steps 1, 2, and adjust again.
