LED 3mm Blue Diffused (25 Pack)
This compact 1.8V LED is perfect for projects needing a smaller LED than the standard 5mm. It has a forward voltage of 1.9V~2.6V (@20mA), a 3mm diameter, a maximum forward current of 30mA, and a reverse current of 5µA. Use a 330Ω resistor for 5V and 150Ω for 3.3V.
