RT16 Heavy Duty Fuse - 80A 500VDC

RvT16-00 (also known as NT00) square pipe fuse is widely used in multiple industrial sections. Frequently, RT16-00 (NT00) fuses are used as protection against overload and short-circuit in electric circuits (type gG). But they can also be used as protection against short-circuit in semiconductor parts / equipment's (type aR) or protection of motors (type aM).



Composed by variable cross-section fuse elements which are made from pure copper or silver, RT16-00 (NT00) fuses are sealed in high electric / heat resistant ceramic cartridge. The fuse tube of RT16-00 (NT00) is filled with chemically treated high-purity quartz sand as arc-extinguishing medium. The dot-welded fuse component to the silver plated contacts ensures a reliable electric passage in any application.
