DF Robot BME688 AI Environmental Sensor

The DFRobot BME688 AI Environmental Sensor is a high-precision MEMS sensor designed to measure temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, and VOC index with enhanced accuracy. It is fully compatible with the BME680, making it an easy drop-in replacement without requiring system modifications. The improved design reduces external heat interference, ensuring more precise temperature readings.

A key feature of the BME688 is its integrated heating element, which allows precise control of the sensor's temperature. This minimizes ambient temperature effects on VOC readings and enables advanced gas detection when combined with AI-based data analysis. When used with Bosch's BME AI-Studio software and BSEC2-Arduino library, the sensor can recognize specific gas compositions for various applications.
