Indium Premium Solder Paste, 500g

Indium Corporation manufactures some of the worlds best low-oxide solder pastes. It provides consistent fine-pitch paste deposition, and excellent stencil life.

Storage and Usage

Storage of Unopened Containers

• Refrigerated will prolong the shelf life of solder paste.
• Stored in a Fridge below 10°C
• Removed from refrigeration at least two hours before use
• Solder paste should be allowed to reach ambient working temperature prior to use.

Storage of Opened Containers

• Once Solder paste is Opened, it should NOT be put back in Refrigeration
• Jars should be labeled with date and time of opening
  
• After use, push plastic seal against paste to keep out air contact

Rejuvenating Solder Paste

Please Note: Micro Robotics have not tried or tested the procedure below, but it looks a good option before the paste is discarded
