Pololu VL53L4CD Time-of-Flight Distance Sensor
This Pololu VL53L4CD Time-of-Flight Distance Sensor module is a compact breakout board designed for ST’s VL53L4CD laser-ranging sensor. With a range of 1 mm to 1.2 m and a resolution of 1 mm, it uses advanced FlightSense technology to provide precise distance measurements. The module operates independently of ambient light or target characteristics, making it ideal for a wide range of applications. It features a built-in voltage regulator and level shifters, enabling seamless integration with 2.6 V to 5.5 V systems.
Distance readings are accessible via an I²C interface, and the sensor also supports configurable interrupt thresholds for advanced detection scenarios. Its compact design and 2.54 mm pin spacing ensure compatibility with breadboards and perfboards, making it user-friendly for hobbyists and professionals alike.
