TCRT5000 Adjustable Module
The reflectivity of infrared light varies with the colour and distance of the reflecting surface. According to this principle, this IR Reflective Sensor utilizes the TCRT5000 reflective photosensor module to detect colour and distance. When a light-coloured object approaches, the signal intensity received by infrared reflective sensor increases and the indicator LED on board turns red. When a dark-coloured object approaches, the intensity decreases and the LED turns off. The onboard potentiometer allows you to manually adjust the sensitivity range of the module.
