18B20 Temperature Sensor Chip TO-92
The DS18B20 is a TO-92 digital temperature sensor with a –55°C to +125°C measurement range, ±0.5°C accuracy, selectable 9–12-bit resolution and 1-Wire communication. Its unique 64-bit address supports multiple sensors per bus, while parasite power and programmable alarms simplify installation.
