CRST030N10N N-Type MOSFET 100V 180A (2 Pack)
The MOSFET N-Type 180A 100V TO-220 is advanced processing technique to achieve extremely low on-resistance per silicon area. If you've ever wondered how to control large DC loads, then a MOSFET is what you need. This is a MOSFET with very low on-resistance and a control voltage (aka gate voltage) making it great for use in synchronous rectification for AC/DC quick chargers, battery management, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supplies).
This Mosfet has a low gate threshold voltage of only 3V, but this does not mean that the Mosfet will turn on completely with just 3V, it needs around ±20V supplied to the gate pin to turn on completely.
