The Waveshare ESP32-S3 2" IPS Display with OV5640 Camera is a compact yet powerful development board built around the ESP32-S3R8 dual-core microcontroller, designed for intelligent vision, wireless, and IoT applications. Featuring a 2-inch 240×320 IPS display and an integrated 5MP OV5640 camera module, it’s ideal for image capture, display control, and embedded AI projects.



Powered by the Xtensa LX7 dual-core processor (up to 240 MHz) with Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) and Bluetooth 5 LE connectivity, the board delivers strong performance for wireless data transfer and real-time processing. It includes 8 MB PSRAM and 16 MB Flash, ensuring smooth multitasking and fast data access. Onboard components such as the QMI8658 6-axis IMU, TF card slot, and battery charge/discharge circuit make it perfect for portable, sensor-based, or edge computing applications.

With 22 GPIO pins, an SPI-driven ST7789T3 display, and full Arduino IDE and ESP-IDF support, this development board is well-suited for IoT devices, vision-enabled robotics, handheld controllers, and display-based embedded projects.
