This Panel Mount PWM Controller is a versatile and reliable tool for controlling DC motors, LEDs, and other devices It features anti-return input protection and PWM output short circuit protection. The wide display range of 1Hz to 150kHz and adjustable 1-100% PWM operating cycle range meets the needs of different scenarios. The LCD display is clear and generates PWM pulses for easy control. The ABS material controller has a power supply of 3.3-30VDC, 25mA operating current, and consumes 0.3W. It is easy to use and allows you to set the minimum and maximum values for duty cycle.

Setting Method

• Knob Left / Right: Adjust the value
• Push-in Knob:
• Short press to turn the PWM output On / Off
• Press and hold for 2 seconds to automatically switch and adjust the frequency / duty cycle
• Long press for more than 8 seconds to enter the setting interface automatically

Setting Interface

OPEN ON / OFF

• ON: Indicate the default direct output of power is on (Factory Default)
• OFF: Indicate the default direct output of power is off

DN 00-50

• Minimum output setting: 00% - 50%
• The factory default is 00%

UP 100-60

• Maximum output setting: 100% - 60%
• The fctory default is 100%

ON 0-999S

• Slow start to 100% speed
• Adjust time from 0 - 999 seconds
• Factory default is 0 seconds

OFF 0-999S

• Slow stop to 0% speed
• Adjust time from 0 - 999 seconds
• Factory default is 0 seconds

STOP ON / OFF

• When the external switch function is turned on, the output can be turned on/off by controlling the ON/OFF terminal on tthe back
• The output is always closed and the output is turned off when it is released
• When ON is selected, the knob will not be able to control the output ON or OFF

0-10V ON / OFF

• The 0-10V control function can be turned on or off, and the 0-100% can be output by inputting 0-10V analog signal
• When ON is selected, the knob cannot adjust the duty cycle
