The DFRobot 4015 3-Phase Brushless DC Motor is a high-performance integrated motion solution combining a powerful outer-rotor BLDC motor with a factory-installed AS5600 12-bit magnetic encoder. Designed for Field-Oriented Control (FOC) applications, this motor delivers smooth, precise, and low-noise operation with excellent torque stability. At 24V operation, it provides up to 1100RPM and 0.35Nm torque, making it ideal for robotic joints, gimbal systems, and precision servo mechanisms.



Optimized specifically for closed-loop FOC control, the integrated AS5600 encoder delivers 0.087° angular resolution for accurate position, speed, and torque feedback. The hollow-shaft design (7.5mm aperture) simplifies cable routing in complex assemblies, while the CNC-machined aluminum housing ensures durability and efficient heat dissipation. Fully compatible with the SimpleFOC open-source library, this motor allows rapid integration with Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi platforms for advanced motor control development.
