TMCON Intelligent PID Temperature Controller

The TMCON Intelligent PID Temperature Controller is a high-end, DIN48×48mm controller designed for precise temperature regulation across various industrial applications. Featuring a large, high-contrast LCD display with a white PV readout, it ensures excellent visibility from all angles and long-distance readability. The front panel is highly durable, with waterproof buttons that are scratch-resistant and wear-resistant, providing a smooth and clear operational feel.



With universal input compatibility, it supports thermocouples, RTDs, linear voltage/current, and infrared thermometer signals. Advanced "FUZZY+PID" AI control ensures accurate temperature management without overshoot, along with auto-tuning (AT) and self-adaptation functions. The controller offers up to three alarm outputs, an LBA control circuit disconnection alarm, and supports RS485/RS232C communication with MODBUS RTU protocol. A robust, high-efficiency switching power supply allows operation on a universal voltage range of AC100-240V or AC/DC12-24V.
