DF Robot 10 DOF IMU with BMP280

The DFRobot 10 DOF IMU Module combines the powerful BNO055 absolute orientation sensor with the BMP280 barometric pressure sensor to deliver a complete motion and environmental sensing solution. The BNO055 integrates a 3-axis accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetometer with an onboard microcontroller that performs real-time sensor fusion, providing ready-to-use outputs such as quaternions, Euler angles, and motion vectors. This eliminates the need for complex external calculations, making it ideal for rapid development and high-precision applications.



Complementing the IMU, the BMP280 sensor provides accurate barometric pressure and temperature measurements, enabling altitude calculations and environmental monitoring. With a standard Gravity I2C interface and support for 3.3V–5V systems, this module is easy to integrate into platforms such as Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi. Its compact design and high level of integration make it perfect for robotics, wearable devices, indoor navigation, augmented reality, and any project requiring advanced motion tracking and context awareness.
