MOSFET 4 Channel Driver 5A per Channel, 3-20V
MOSFET's have good switching characteristics and are widely used to control almost any DC load. This is a 4 channel MOSFET switch and is based on FET model F5305S which the input and output are fully isolated. It is perfect for switching DC loads up to 20A (it is advised to add a heatsink when exceeding 5A). With a MOSFET, you can increase or decrease the speed of a DC motor using a PWM source from an Arduino board/microcontroller.
