The DS18B20 is a 1-Wire digital temperature sensor and has a range of -55°C to +125°C with an accuracy of +/- 0.5°C. It is a small, inexpensive sensor that is commonly used in DIY projects and commercial applications. This version of the 18b20 is a flat probe version and measures 20 x 7.5 x 3.5mm with allows for more surface area .
